Sunshine and gardens- Day 1
Traveling here was a bit of a blur but we were really lucky to not have any big lineups in airport security or Japanese customs. Everything was really smooth though everyone was ready to crash once we got to the AirBnB.
But after a good night's sleep we were ready to have fun.
We started the day off with good old convenience store breakfast: cup noodles and onigiri.
We then visited Sunshine City, a mall.
Amelia spent a long time shopping for Ghibli goodies there.

There was also a huge lineup of fans in of some up-and-coming Japanese boy band who also did some kind of performance. I don't think they're at BTS level but it was pretty busy there.

We tried looking through the endless maze of gachapon but it was pretty overwhelming. Amelia did end up finding something she liked though.

Uniqlo is cheaper here, and we ended up buying lots of clothes.
After, we also checked out a really nice garden and park in Komagome.
Everything was well taken care of, and the views were amazing. Let's not forget the Japanese music they were playing in the background, which was so soothing too listen to.

We had a nice sushi dinner and everyone was really tired, but after recharged.
Today we really experienced the amount of people in Tokyo, and improving our Japanese.
We are still getting used to the right side drive cars, lots of walking, and Japanese etiquette.
Time to rest up for the next day 🥱!
