Go Team Diver - Day 3
Today we braved rush hour traffic to get to teamLab Planets, a pretty cool set of interactive art exhibits. The big categories of exhibits are Forest, Water, Garden and Air.
The subway was really crammed on the way. Let's not do that again if at all possible.
TeamLab is really cool and fun! I'd even call it a must-visit if you're in the area.
"I'd give it a ten out of ten!" Rita stated.
We started with Forest which was mostly dark so the pictures aren't too easy to take.

There was a part where you can draw something and then they will scan it and project it on the wall and you can even fly it around a bit.

The Japanese crayons they gave us to draw with were super smooth.

Water was really cool. We needed to walk in shin-deep water in some sections and those were really dark but there were some dry things too. We also got to 'walk up water'.
It was cool because it was a change in texture, and really pleased our sensory neurons.

Garden was pretty relaxed. We walked through this crowd of orchids hanging from the ceiling that moved up and down.

We are not supposed to touch them because they are real orchids, so we had to skillfully navigate through them.

After teamLab we headed over to the area around the Toyosu fish market and tried some very fresh sushi!

Though expensive, it was so fresh and so yummy. They are so skilled and precise.

The top floor of the building here has a nice hot spring foot bath to help you recharge after a lot of walking.

After that it was a short walk to Diver City, which is a big mall nearby. They've got a 1:1 scale Gundam statue here which is pretty huge.

Of course there's a big Gundam store here to go with the statue. The Doraemon store here was tempting but ultimately we didn't get anything there.
There's a cotton candy shop here that sells humongous 45 cm tall cotton candies and we were surprised to see so many people buying them (mostly little kids, where the cotton candy is bigger than them).

After dinner we got some crepes for dessert before heading home.
